INSTRUCTION :
Then cilantro, scallion, and lime to top
Boil water for noodles; add noodles
While noodles are cooking, saute the onions for about 5 minutes, then add garlic and ginger cooking for about another minute
Then add the water, broth, and lime juice.
Bring to a boil
Add in coconut milk and chicken. Drop heat to medium low then let simmer for 10 minutes
Add in basil, cilantro, and scallions
Salt & pepper to taste
Put noodles in a bowl then scoop soup over it.
Store separately so left overs last longer.
Feel free to add lemongrass and galangal or even 2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce if you love Tom kha soup.
