Instructions:

Brown the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to the crockpot.
Add the veggies and beans:
Add the diced onion, garlic, potatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, and corn to the crockpot.
Season and cook:
